FUNDAMENTO DE NOTARIOS CON IMPEDIMENTO TEMPORAL PARA EJERCER EL NOTARIADO
Los notarios que incumplan alguna de las obligaciones notariales, establece el articulo 37:
“…Al finalizar el término a que se refiere la literal c) de este artículo, el Director del Archivo General de Protocolos publicará dentro de los diez días hábiles siguientes a dicho vencimiento, en el Diario Oficial y en otro de los de mayor circulación en el país, la lista de los Notarios que no hayan enviado la totalidad de los testimonios especiales, y los avisos a que se refieren las literales b) y c) del presente artículo. Con posterioridad publicará trimestralmente las listas de los Notarios que permanezcan o incurran en esa situación…“
